After decades of working in manufacturing, we saw the same problems repeatedly. Machines stop running, operators are left guessing, and maintenance teams spend valuable time trying to determine what went wrong. They reset alarms, clean sensors, and work frantically to restore production, but without a clear understanding of the machine sequence, troubleshooting often becomes trial and error.

We believe the people who operate and maintain a machine should have the knowledge and tools to keep it running.

B&B Automation is a father and son team combining Ruben's hands-on manufacturing experience with Brian's controls and automation expertise. Together, we create practical systems designed around the people who use them every day.

Ruben brings over 30 years of manufacturing experience across automotive, welding, plastic injection molding, custom fixtures, and inspection systems. Throughout his career, he developed a talent for finding simple, effective solutions and making the most of available resources. His approach has always been the same, solve the problem without adding unnecessary cost or complexity.

Brian's path into automation began with that same mindset. After gaining manufacturing experience as a first responder to plant-floor issues at a major agricultural manufacturer, and later developing automation systems as an integrator, he found his passion in the software and controls side of projects.

We do not believe automation should create dependence on the company that built it. Our goal is to become the trusted automation partner you call when you are ready for the next challenge.
